Helping build an education ecosystem connecting 20,000+ learners and parents, alongside community programs for teachers, parents, and students.

Future Legacy Academy focuses on personal development and leadership for adults and young people through Public Speaking, Leadership, and transformational training programs.
As Co-founder & Trainer, I design and deliver programs, working with 500+ teachers and leaders, training 1,000+ business professionals, and developing Public Speaking & Leadership skills for 10,000+ students.

With 6,000+ educators and young leaders, the community develops leadership across three levels—leading self, leading others, and developing leaders—while organizing public speaking activities and community education projects that have positively impacted 10,000+ learners nationwide.

I have directly trained 700+ teachers in “AI & the Future of Educators,” 1,000+ through the “Teachers Are Coaches” series, and 350+ in “Inspiring Teachers”—supporting a generation of educators who innovate, lead, and inspire.

As Division V Director, I led Toastmasters activity in Vietnam, grew membership, and strengthened Public Speaking & Leadership. I organized four nationwide public speaking events reaching 500+ students and Toastmasters members, and advised club leaders on leadership development.
