With many years in education and leadership development, I have devoted most of my time to nurturing generations of educators with a leadership mindset—people who not only impart knowledge but also unlock potential, inspire, and create positive, lasting change for learners and communities.
My journey aims to advance quality education, sustainable livelihoods, and women's leadership across ASEAN, aligned with SDG 4 – Quality Education and SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth.
With a vision to empower one million educators, I seek to help build a generation of capable, vocal, and influential education professionals—so that through each teacher's transformation, positive values continue to reach millions more.
