With many years in education and leadership development, I have devoted most of my time to nurturing generations of educators with a leadership mindset—people who not only impart knowledge but also unlock potential, inspire, and create positive, lasting change for learners and communities.
My journey aims to advance quality education, sustainable livelihoods, and women's leadership across ASEAN, aligned with SDG 4 – Quality Education and SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth.
With a vision to empower one million educators, I seek to help build a generation of capable, vocal, and influential education professionals—so that through each teacher's transformation, positive values continue to reach millions more.
A Journey of Creating Impact
Since 2018, as Sales Director & Chief Strategic Officer at ESO GROUP, I have partnered with, trained, and led hundreds of partners to grow business capability, build teams, and move step by step toward career autonomy, higher income, and financial freedom.
Since 2023, I have expanded that journey as a trainer—helping design and deliver hundreds of education, personal development, and leadership programs nationwide for students, parents, and educators, together with ESO GROUP.
Throughout, one mission stays constant: developing people, unlocking potential, and creating positive, lasting change through education and leadership.
A nationwide program for lower-secondary, upper-secondary, and university students, helping them explore themselves, recognize their strengths, and orient their future. Through training and hands-on experiences, it builds essential skills, proactive thinking, and adaptability in learning, work, and life—so each student can confidently choose their path, develop their potential, and shape their own future.
